However, we will gladly replace or refund any item that is damaged, defective, or incorrectly fulfilled, provided:

1. You notify us within 14 days of receiving your order, and

2. You provide a photo and description of the issue.

Once approved, we will either:

• Dispatch a replacement item (matching product), or refund.
